The new company is recruiting staff
MOSCOW, November 26. /tass/. A new production site for the manufacture of polymer composite materials (PCM) was opened on the territory of the Dubna Machine-Building Plant named after N. P. Fedorov (DMZ), which is part of the Kronstadt company. This was reported on November 24 in the press service of JSC "Kronstadt".
"In order to unconditionally fulfill the concluded contracts on time and in full, the production of the first parts of the tail of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) begins in the new workshop in two shifts. It will be carried out using modern automated equipment," the message reads.
The press service noted that the manufacture of parts from KM is one of the main activities of the company's serial production. DMZ will work in cooperation with the first serial plant for the production of large-scale drones of the Kronstadt company, the construction of which is coming to the finish line in Dubna.
"At the moment, the new company is recruiting staff. By 2024, it is planned to hire 1.5 thousand people working in three full shifts. New employees are being trained to launch serial production as part of internships at the Kronstadt pilot plant in Moscow and at the DMZ. The company also works closely with educational institutions in Dubna and Moscow," the company noted.
For theoretical and practical training on the basis of Dubna State University, experienced teachers and equipment from Lomonosov Moscow State University have been attracted.
"For the full functioning of the serial plant, specialists in more than 10 working professions are needed. The key ones in terms of the importance of personnel training and the number of staff units are the assembler-gluer of composite materials, the fitter-assembler of aircraft, the installer of electrical equipment of aircraft, the controller of the OTC," the press service noted.
