China has launched the second sounding satellite from the Gaofen-3 series into orbit

China has successfully put an Earth sensing satellite into orbit. The Gaofen-3 device is designed to monitor the sea and land, the Izvestia TV channel reports. The radar scans the Earth's surface in 12 modes. From orbit, images with a resolution of 1 m can be obtained. With this technology, the clarity of the shooting is not affected by weather conditions and illumination. The satellite became the second device from the Gaofen-3 series, the first was launched in 2016.
