The St. Petersburg company Kronstadt has started creating the first sample of the Sirius heavy attack unmanned aerial vehicle. It is collected at one of the Moscow factories.
This was reported to RIA Novosti by Sergey Bogatikov, General Director of Kronstadt JSC. According to him, "Sirius" can be controlled from a satellite, and the possibility of interaction with manned aircraft is also provided.
RG wrote that a full-size mock-up of the Sirius heavy unmanned aerial vehicle was first demonstrated at the International Aviation and Space Salon in 2019. Its take-off weight is five tons.
