DUBAI, November 15. /tass/. Russia will bring almost 50 new weapons to the international market in the next five to seven years. This was announced to journalists on Monday at the Dubai Airshow 2021 by the head of Rosoboronexport, Alexander Mikheev.
"In the next five to seven years, Rosoboronexport plans to bring to market almost 50 new models for all types of armed forces and branches of the armed forces," he said.
Mikheev said that among the new products there will be more than 20 samples of aviation equipment and 10 air defense systems and complexes.
Order portfolio
Rosoboronexport's portfolio of air defense orders is estimated at $14 billion.

These are anti-aircraft missile systems and complexes, radar stations and radar complexes, means of automated control systems, means of electronic warfare and electronic intelligence, means of combating unmanned aerial vehicles," Mikheev said.
He noted that currently the most popular and offered to foreign customers are the S-400 Triumph air defense system, the Antey-2500 air defense system, the Favorit air defense system, the Buk-M2E air defense system, the Tor-M2E air defense system, the Tor-M2K air defense system, the Pantsir-S1 air defense system, the Sosna air defense system, the Gibka-S air defense system, the Pechora-2M air defense system, the Igla-S MANPADS and "Willow".
The international exhibition Dubai Airshow 2021 takes place from November 14 to 18 in the United Arab Emirates. Russia has prepared a number of world premieres for the air show.
