Earlier, the media reported that the Kuwaiti Air Force intends to retire the F/A-18A/D "Hornet" fighter-bombers in the near future, which will be replaced by a new version of the F/A-18E/F "Super Hornet".
Akbal Abdul Samad also said that the Malaysian Air Force plans to lease four Agusta Westland AW-139 helicopters in the near future for a period of 4 to 5 years, that is, until the implementation of the plan to purchase 24 new helicopters.
