The units and divisions of the Western Military District receive the latest digital portable radio stations of the sixth generation "Azart-P1". Another such batch of more than 400 communication devices has been transferred to the troops. This was announced on Friday by the press service of the ZVO.
It is known that the portable radio stations "Azart-P1" are designed for classified communication in the tactical link. They are provided with noise protection and are capable of operating in the temperature range from -50 to +50 degrees Celsius. "The capabilities of the devices allow you to tune in to any frequency, provide communication with mobile phones and receive modulated signals," the press service of the district noted.
They added that the "Azart-P1" is interfaced with all radio stations operating on any communication standards. This equipment is capable of receiving and transmitting text files, maps, cipher codes, and determining coordinates using GLONASS. The range of the Azart-P1 station is up to 4 km.
