Moscow. November 4th. INTERFAX - A large hydrographic catamaran of modular design "Grigory Shadrin" has completed the marine phase of state tests in the designated area of the Barents Sea, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.
"In accordance with the approved program, at the final stage of the tests, checks were carried out on the maneuverability and seaworthiness of the boat, the operation of ship systems and devices," the message on the website of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation says.
The boat was built at the JSC "CAMPO" enterprise near Moscow (Orekhovo-Zuyevo) for the Navy, the final assembly was carried out at an external delivery base in Murmansk.
The boat is the third in a series of hydrographic boats of the project 23370G.
