Rosoboronexport (part of Rostec State Corporation) will present about 300 samples of weapons and equipment at the International Defense Technology Exhibition SITDEF 2021, which will be held from October 28 to 31 at the general Headquarters of the Ground Forces in Lima (Republic of Peru).
"About 300 samples of weapons and military equipment will be presented at the Rosoboronexport stand. In the form of models, the company will demonstrate the Yak-130 combat training aircraft, the Mi-28NE combat helicopter, the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system and the BTR-82A armored personnel carrier, which have high potential in Latin America," the company said in a statement.
In addition, Rosoboronexport is ready to provide information about Su-35, Su-30SME and MiG-35 fighters, Mi-35M, Mi-171SH, Ansat helicopters, as well as modern means of aviation destruction. Visitors to the company's stand will be offered a wide range of air defense and electronic warfare equipment of various ranges, including the S-400 Triumph and Antey-4000 anti-aircraft missile systems, Viking, Buk-M2, Tor-M2KM anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as Igla-S and Willow portable anti-aircraft missile systems.
The company expects that representatives of the ground forces and special operations forces of the countries of the region will be interested in armored vehicles "Tiger" and "Typhoon-K", anti-tank complexes "Chrysanthemum-S", "Kornet-E" and "Kornet-EM", armored personnel carriers BTR-80A and BTR-82A, as well as new wheeled combat vehicles K-16 and K-17, built on the basis of the unified combat platform "Boomerang". Representatives of all branches of the armed forces and branches of the armed forces are also expected to pay increased attention to modern training systems and complexes of leading Russian manufacturers.
