TASS does not yet have an official comment from USC
MOSCOW, October 14. /TASS/. United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) has completed the relocation of its headquarters to St. Petersburg. This was reported to TASS by a source in the military-industrial complex.
"The corporation has fully completed its move to the city on the Neva," the agency interlocutor said. - On October 15, the company's CEO Alexey Rakhmanov will report on the completion of this procedure to the country's leadership."
According to him, most of the holding's employees have started working in the business center on the 17th line of Vasilievsky Island, and the USC head office is located in Antonenko Lane, 4. He clarified that the remaining employees of the Moscow representative office are still staying in the Legion II business center on Bolshaya Tatarskaya Street, but they no longer occupy the entire building, but will be located on one floor.

Moving history
USC was supposed to move to St. Petersburg in July 2020, but the pandemic prevented these plans. The relocation of the holding company required about 1.5 billion rubles. In total, more than 350 representatives of the company moved to the Northern Capital, about 120 remained in Moscow.
Currently, the corporation is officially registered in St. Petersburg at the address: 90 Marata Street. The Central Design Bureau "Rubin", which is part of the holding, is located in the same building.
The USC includes about 40 enterprises and organizations of the industry. Most of the company's design bureaus and shipyards are concentrated in St. Petersburg, as well as its customers - the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy and Gazprom.
