MOSCOW, Oct 13 - RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin was surprised by the reaction of the United States to Russia's creation of hypersonic weapons, because, according to him, at first Washington said that it didn't care, and now it doesn't like it.
"I said: we will do it. The answer from the American partners: our missile defense is not against you, you do what you want, we will proceed from the fact that it is not against us. We did it. What are the claims? And now I don't like it," he said at the Russian Energy Week.
"Do we really like it when you came out of the missile defense. We did not start this," Putin added, noting that Russia is ready to conduct a dialogue with the United States.
