"We expect that we will enter with our prospects into the State Program for the Development of the military-industrial complex from 2024 to 2033, and we already have a set of proposals," he reported to Deputy Prime Ministers Dmitry Grigorenko and Marat Khusnullin as part of their working trip to the Far East to check the execution of orders of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Pekarsh told the vice premiers about the results of the company's transition to new high-performance equipment. "We have reduced labor intensity by 3-5 times, improved working conditions, reduced the production cycle, <...> improved quality," explained the director of the branch.
The main direction of the company's work is the construction of combat aircraft. Today they are the fifth-generation Su-57 aircraft and the multifunctional fighter of the 4++ generation Su-35S. KnAAZ also participates in the creation of a light tactical aircraft in the Sukhoi Design Bureau. Over the past five years, KnAAZ has carried out a large-scale program of modernization and technical re-equipment of production, including for the development of serial production of new types of aircraft.
