Moscow. September 29. INTERFAX - On Wednesday, the Amur Shipbuilding Plant (part of the USC) in Komsomolsk-on-Amur will host the ceremonial laying of a new multi-purpose corvette "Brave" project 20380.
On September 24, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the multipurpose corvette of project 20380 "Brave" will be solemnly laid down on September 29 at the Amur Shipbuilding Plant PJSC.
According to the commander-in-chief of the Russian Navy Nikolai Evmenov, whose words were quoted in the message, the corvettes of the project 20380 are capable of solving a wide range of tasks as part of heterogeneous fleet groups and singly.
"These ships have effective weapons, high maneuverability and excellent handling. The ships of this project have unique technical parameters and the composition of weapons for operations in the maritime zone," Evmenov said at a workshop on surface shipbuilding, which took place at the Admiralty.
