This month, the resident of the SEZ "Dubna" company "Hydrostand" completes the most important project for JSC "RSC "MiG" - a set of stands for autonomous testing of aircraft systems will allow testing the operability of its mechanisms without starting the engine.
The company "Hydrostand" became a residentSEZ "Dubna" exactly four years ago. At the Lomonosov Innovation and Technology Center on the right bank site, its specialists have established the development and production of high-pressure hydraulic components, as well as test equipment and stands.
At the moment, the Hydrostand company produces a wide range of ultra-high pressure components, various testing and technological equipment has been designed and manufactured. The permanent customers of the equipment manufactured by the resident of Gidrostand are enterprises of aviation, oil and gas, machine-building and other significant industries. So, in September of this year, a major project on the development and production of a number of equipment for JSC Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG is being completed, which allows testing of fuel systems, maintenance and control of parameters of aircraft refueling systems. One of the key developments in this project was the stand of autonomous testing of aircraft systems, which allows testing the operability of actuators without starting the engine.
For 4 years of activity on the territory of the SEZ in Dubna, the company has implemented more than 50 unique turnkey projects - from individual technical specifications received by the design bureau to commissioning of finished equipment, which its own service department carries out at customers' facilities. In addition, Hydrostand is continuously working to expand the line of ultra-high pressure hydraulic components of its own production within the framework of import substitution, which have no analogues from domestic manufacturers.
