Moscow. September 28. INTERFAX - The regiment of the mobile ground missile system (PGRK) "yArs" of the Tagil missile compound has begun to march to a field position, the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reports.
Maneuvering actions during the command and staff exercise in the Sverdlovsk region are carried out by autonomous launchers at night, the report says.
A curfew service has been organized on the routes of movement of autonomous launchers, which is engaged in protecting the routes of the column with large-sized equipment, monitors the passage of the column through control points, monitors the radiation, chemical and biological situation, the Ministry of Defense noted.
According to the report, within the framework of the exercise, the units of the Strategic Missile Forces are working out interaction with formations and units of the Central Military District, with the bodies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
