TASS, September 27. The New Shepard suborbital spacecraft of Blue Origin entrepreneur Jeff Bezos will make its second manned flight with passengers on board on October 12. This is stated in a press release published on the company's website on Monday.
The statement says that the launch is scheduled for 08:30 local time (16:30 Moscow time) from the launch pad of the spaceport in west Texas.

The names of the other two participants in the flight will be announced in the coming days.
On September 24, TMZ portal reported that actor William Shatner, who played the main role in the TV series "Star Trek" (Star Trek, 1966-1969), can go into space on the ship New Shepard. The launch date is not mentioned in the material.
On July 20, 2021, Blue Origin successfully carried out the first suborbital flight of the New Shepard spacecraft with passengers on board, among whom was Bezos.
