The American company SpaceX, headed by Elon Musk, is squeezing Roscosmos enterprises out of the international space services market, RIA Novosti reports the statement of the general director of the state corporation Dmitry Rogozin.
The head of the state corporation accused the American company of dumping and doubted the possibility of cooperation between SpaceX and Roscosmos. "It is hardly possible for our organizations to cooperate with SpaceX, because they are our direct competitors," the manager said.
Rogozin noted that it is much more difficult for Russian "private entrepreneurs to find financing [than for American ones]."
In September, the manager said that the Russian superheavy rocket will be created using new technologies, not old ones. In the same month, he compared the Russian Soyuz-2 rocket to an "African woman".
In September, Rogozin said in an interview with CNN [...] that a divorce between Russia and the United States on the ISS is impossible. The manager stressed that Moscow intends to maintain partnership relations with Washington. "We are friends," the head of the state corporation said.
