Foreign armored personnel carriers, such as the BTR-3, BTR-4 of Ukrainian production or the Chinese ZBL-08, in addition to 30-mm guns, which are clones of Russian guns, are also armed with anti-tank guided missiles.
In the case of equipment from the People's Republic of China, these are far from new HJ-73, in fact, deeply modernized Soviet "Babies", which received semi-automatic control and tandem combat units capable of penetrating armor located behind dynamic protection. Their flight range is 3000 m. Of course, it is difficult to hit a modern tank head-on with their help, but they are quite capable of an armored personnel carrier, BMP, BMD or self-propelled gun. In addition, such ATGMs are very cheap and are manufactured in large quantities. It is expected that they will soon be replaced with something more modern with laser guidance or a third-generation complex operating on the principle of "shot - forgot". The PLA already has such weapons.

Ukrainian wheeled "three-wheelers" and "four-wheelers" are also equipped with ATGMs, maybe not the most modern, but quite dangerous. The mass-produced "Barrier" has a firing range of 5000 m, and armor penetration is 800 mm, also behind dynamic protection.
As for domestic armored personnel carriers, mass-produced anti-tank weapons are not installed on them, well, unless, of course, you do not take vehicles delivered abroad. For example, in Algeria, "Cornet" was mounted on the BTR-80, which made it possible to destroy the most modern tanks.

It is known that in Russia, an uninhabited module with ATGM was created for light wheeled armored vehicles. It was even demonstrated a couple of times at the Army forum, but it is not known when this development necessary for the army will be purchased.
