TSAMTO, September 16. The second All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference was held at the Military Academy of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection named after Marshal of the Soviet Union S. K. Timoshenko.
The topic of the conference: "Research of radiation, chemical and biological protection issues in peacetime and wartime" in the direction of "Research of the use of troops (forces) in modern military conflicts and warriors of the future".
The purpose of the conference was to form promising directions for the development of the RCB protection troops and scientific schools of the military academy, to improve the professional training of scientific and pedagogical workers.
Representatives of military and civilian universities, research organizations and institutions, military units, and various regions of Russia took part in the conference in full-time and in absentia. The conference was attended by over 400 people from more than 30 organizations.
During the conference, an exhibition of scientific achievements of the Military Academy of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection named after Marshal of the Soviet Union S. K. Timoshenko was launched, an electronic educational environment platform was presented, as well as textbooks and teaching aids.
In addition, representatives of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "48 Central Research Institute" of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (Sergiev Posad) took part in the exhibition, the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reports.
