The latest B-19 combat vehicle with the Epoch combat module came into view at the Zapad-2021 exercise. This time in the photo you can see three such IFVs at once, that is, a whole platoon.
The Epoch combat module is armed with a 57-millimeter automatic cannon.It is also equipped with compact multi-purpose guided missiles "Bulat", capable of hitting firing points and lightly armored enemy vehicles. In addition, the Epoch is armed with the Kornet anti-tank missile system.
RG has already written that the latest version of the BMP-3 with the Epoch module was previously seen at the training ground in the Nizhny Novgorod Region during special exercises of the logistics units of the Western Military District.
The combat module "Epoch" is planned to be used on promising IFVs created on the medium unified platform "Kurganets-25". But it is also possible to use it on old BMP-2, as well as on other types of armored vehicles.
