Moscow. September 11. INTERFAX-The orbit of the International Space Station (ISS) was raised to 750 meters in preparation for the arrival of the Soyuz MS-19 manned spacecraft and the return of the Soyuz MS-18 spacecraft to Earth, Roscosmos reported.
"According to preliminary data, after the maneuver, the height of the station's orbit should increase by 750 m," the state corporation said in a message on Twitter.
Earlier, the ISS orbit was corrected on August 21.
The launch of the Soyuz MS-19 spacecraft is scheduled for October 5. The crew of the film "The Challenge" should arrive at the station on it: director Klim Shipenko, actress Yulia Peresild, as well as the commander of the spacecraft, cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov. They will be shooting the first feature film in space.
