The holding company "Roselectronics" of the Rostec State Corporation will create a geographically distributed center for collective design of electronic and radio-electronic products. The infrastructure of the center will allow groups of developers from different regions of Russia to use a single cloud platform, get access to computing power, CAD, element libraries and digital models. The first users will be the enterprises of the holding, as well as residents of the innovative technopark Almaz Digital in Saratov.
The Collective Design Center will allow connecting more than 250 enterprises to a single platform, providing the creation of specialized engineering software modules and components, as well as creating geo-distributed high-power computing resources. The implementation of the project will reduce the costs of organizations in the radio-electronic industry and increase revenue from newly developed and manufactured products.
The initiative was presented to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin and the Minister of Industry of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov during a visit to the Saratov technopark Almaz Digital.
The Almaz Digital Technopark is located on the territory of the special economic zone in Saratov, created by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 763 of May 27, 2020. The anchor residents of the technopark are ER-Telecom Holding, the Russian Post and the enterprises of the holding "Roselectronics" - NPP "Almaz", NPP "Contact" and NPP "Istok" named after.Shokina.
