MOSCOW, 2 Sep-RIA Novosti. The Ministry of Defense has asked the Moscow Arbitration Court to recover more than 4.2 billion rubles of penalties from the Tupolev aircraft construction company under the state contract dated March 31, 2016.
As follows from the published court ruling, the claim was submitted to the instance on August 23, it has already been accepted for production. The preliminary hearing was scheduled for September 28.
As indicated in the documents of PJSC Tupolev, the subject of the contract is "the performance of aircraft maintenance work according to the list approved in 2016-2018". No other details are given.
