Calculations of multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) of the artillery unit of the Eastern Military District (VVO), stationed in the Trans-Baikal Territory, performed live firing at the interspecific training ground "Tsugol".
The combat training event took place as part of the field exit of the artillery units of the combined Arms Army of the Eastern Military District.
Calculations of the MLRS "Hurricane" almost destroyed targets that imitate the detachments and equipment of the "enemy" at a great distance in several areas of the landfill.
The units operated in cooperation with the operators of the Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles and automated artillery reconnaissance complexes.
At the signal of the MLRS "Hurricane", concentrated fire strikes were carried out on targets at a distance of 8 to 20 km. In turn, artillery scouts provided real-time transmission of target coordinates and correction of MLRS fire.
