PATRIOT PARK. August 28. INTERFAX. The Russian Defense Ministry signed an agreement on the terms of financing the production and logistics complex in Sevastopol for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation within the framework of the Army-2021 forum, the military department told reporters.
"At the Army-2021 forum, an agreement was signed that defines the conditions for providing financing in the amount of 13.4 billion rubles for the creation and operation of buildings, structures and structures equipped with appropriate equipment and intended for storage, storage and repair of property of the Russian Armed Forces, including production and engineering infrastructure facilities of the production and logistics complex in Sevastopol," the ministry noted.
The agreement was signed by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sovfracht Management Company LLC and RNKB Bank PJSC.
As part of the concession agreement, the Sovfracht Management Company must use its own and borrowed funds to build federal infrastructure facilities as part of the complex, which will be transferred to the state after completion of construction, as well as facilities for commercial activities. The final cost of construction will be about 17 billion rubles.
