Within the framework of the International Military-Technical Forum "ARMY-2021", which has been held annually since 2015, a round table was held on the topic: "Topical issues of the development and use of technical weapons of Railway troops".
The round table was attended by representatives of the leadership and specialists of the Main Directorate of the Chief of Railway Troops, the Directorate of railway Troops of the Western, Eastern, Central and Southern military districts, representatives of the Research Institute ST ZHDV 3 of the Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, VAMTO, TYPES (ZHDV and VSO), IP (ZhDT G.Yaroslavl) 3 Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, " Russian University of Transport (MIIT)".
The experts discussed the implementation of the decisions taken based on the results of the round tables of the scientific and business programs of 2016-2020, the issue of technical appearance and innovative solutions in promising samples of equipment and property of the Railway troops offered by industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation was highlighted.
The result of the experts ' work was the determination of the results already achieved, as well as ways to further improve the technical means of the Railway Troops.
