The engineering troops of the Central Military District received the first special vehicles of mine clearance groups based on the UAZ army SUV. According to the head of the department of engineering troops, Major General Dmitry Koruts, this year the sapper units of one engineering brigade and two engineering regiments received four vehicles. Their special equipment includes a capsule body, a container for transporting explosives, a special rack for bombs.
The equipment allows you to simultaneously transport both explosive objects themselves and military personnel who are involved in their destruction.
