At the seventh International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2021", the Kronshtadt company presented the high-speed strike unmanned vehicle "Thunder".
The UAV is designed to perform a wide range of tasks. As the creators inform, for example, they can be led in the advanced attacking echelon, closely interacting with manned aircraft (Su-35 and Su-57).
With the help of "Thunder", you can open and destroy the enemy air defense system, as well as with the help of high-precision means to hit various ground and surface objects.
Length-13.8 meters, height -3.8 meters, wingspan-10 meters. The maximum take-off weight is 7000 kg, the combat load is 2000 kg. The maximum speed is 1000 km / h, cruising speed is 800 km / h. The flight altitude is 12,000 meters. The combat radius of application is 700 km.
The UAV is designed for the use of various weapons, for example, the X-38MLE short-range modular aviation missile, weighing 520 kg and having a range of 3000 to 70,000 meters. The average speed is 380 meters per second. Two types of guidance systems are used on the rocket: inertial plus semi-active-laser or inertial plus satellite-semi-active laser.
To disable ground-based radar stations, X-58USHKE missiles can be used, the weight is 650 kg, the maximum speed is 4200 km/h. The high-explosive warhead has a mass of 149 kg.
