Putin will take part in the opening ceremony of the international military-technical forum "Army – 2021" and "Army International Games – 2021" on August 23.
"Within the framework of the forum, the head of state will give a video conference command to lay warships for the Navy at the leading shipbuilding enterprises of Russia-in Severodvinsk at JSC Sevmash, in St. Petersburg at JSC Admiralty Shipyards and PJSC Amur Shipbuilding Plant in Komsomolsk — on-Amur, "the message says.
