VLADIVOSTOK, August 17. /TASS/. Marines from China, Iran, Venezuela, Abkhazia and South Ossetia arrived in Vladivostok to take part in the final stage of the competition of the Army International Games ("ArMI-2021") "Marine landing". This was reported on Tuesday by the press service of the Pacific Fleet (TOPF).

"The strongest marines of the People's Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Republic of Abkhazia and the Republic of South Ossetia have arrived in Vladivostok to participate in the final stage of the" Marine Landing"competition of the Army International Games ("ArMI-2021"). Most of the participants of one of the most spectacular competitions "ArMI-2021" were delivered from Moscow to the Pacific Fleet by the military transport aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces. Upon arrival, the team took the necessary measures to ensure measures to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection," the report says.

On Tuesday, the teams begin receiving weapons and equipment provided by the Russian side. The guests will also get acquainted with the material part of the polygons where the competition stages will be held. In total, the contest participants will have three stages: "Obstacle course", "Survival Trail" and "Relay race". The Russian team included marines of the Pacific Fleet, who became the winners of the all-Army stage, as well as servicemen of the Northern and Baltic Fleets, cadets of the Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command School named after K. K. Rokossovsky.

The competitions will be held at two training grounds of the Marine Corps of the Pacific Fleet from August 22 to 29.

The VII Army International Games "ArMI-2021" will be held from August 22 to September 4, 2021. In addition to Russia, competitions in individual disciplines will be held on the territory of 11 states.
