Such means increase the resistance to bullets from large-caliber machine guns and reduce the effect of manual and machine-gun anti-tank grenade launchers.
The use of a 30-mm 2A72 automatic cannon and a 7.62-mm PKTM machine gun is provided by a stabilized sight with a thermal imaging channel, which allows you to effectively hit the enemy in the dark.
Also, judging by the images posted on social networks, the armored personnel carrier received a video complex that allows the crew to better observe the terrain not only ahead, but also from the stern.
The eighty-second family is constantly being improved, another variant is being tested-with an uninhabited BTR-BM combat module. As the main armament, it uses a 30-mm 2A42 gun and a 7.62-mm PKTM machine gun. There is a complex of guided anti-tank weapons "Konkurs-M".
The engine power is 300 hp. The speed on the highway is 80 km / h. Capacity: 9 -10 military personnel.
