The acting head of the Main Department of Research Activities and Technological Support of Advanced Technologies (innovative research)told about the preparation of the draft of the mentioned law The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Major General Dmitry Gorbatenko. In particular, he noted that the draft law has been coordinated with the federal executive authorities, the conclusions of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation have been received on it. By the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 2021, the bill was submitted to the State Duma for consideration at the autumn session.
The participants of the Technopolis Council noted that the adoption of the federal law will provide effective state support to legal entities - residents of technopolis focused on scientific, technical and innovative activities, will open unhindered access on comfortable financial terms to both objects of scientific and innovative infrastructure, and to the results of scientific and scientific and technical activities created with the involvement of budget funds.
