Moscow. July 31. INTERFAX-The Scientific and Technical Council of Roscosmos has instructed the Rocket and Space Corporation (RSC) Energia to take additional measures to maintain the operability of the Russian segment of the ISS and make a decision on the future completion of the station's operation, the state corporation reported.
"The Presidium of the NTS (Scientific and Technical Council-IF) instructed PJSC RSC Energia with cooperation to additionally analyze the ISS RS and take the necessary organizational and technical measures to maintain the operability and safety of the ISS RS during the work on the creation of a new generation orbital station, as well as the development of a scenario agreed with partners for the completion of the ISS operation," the message says.
