TSAMTO, July 27. The engineering troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to develop weapons that meet modern requirements.
Thus, multifunctional heavy-class robotic complexes are being created in the interests of the troops. The IMRTK-RT complex is designed for making passages in anti-tank minefields and continuous demining of the area from explosive objects in the remote control mode.
In addition, the IMRTK-SHR assault and barrage complex is being developed, designed to ensure the advancement of troops and perform engineering work in the conditions of enemy fire, including to ensure the advancement of engineering assault units in urban and industrial buildings.
Also, to increase the mobility of troops, new means are being created designed to overcome destruction, obstacles and mechanization of earthworks, the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reports.
