Russian soldiers in the "Warrior" equipment will be transferred to Uzbekistan to participate in exercises on the border with Afghanistan.
According to the press service of the Central Military District, the servicemen of the peacekeeping unit of the Central Military District received more than 200 sets of combat equipment "Ratnik" for operations in the mountainous desert area.
This equipment will be used in joint exercises of Russia and Uzbekistan.
In early August, at the Termez training ground, located on the border with Afghanistan, combat training tasks will be fulfilled to ensure the territorial integrity of the friendly countries of the Central Asian region.
The Ratnik equipment is a modular system designed for shooters, scouts, snipers, crew members of combat vehicles and machine gunners.
The main set of combat equipment includes a transport vest, a raid backpack, a combat jumpsuit, a headset with an active hearing protection system, protective glasses, a knee and elbow joint protection kit, a combat knife, a flashlight, an individual water filter and a wrist watch.
