As part of the operational-strategic exercise "Zaslon-2021", a field hospital of the special purpose medical detachment of the National Guard of the Russian Federation has been deployed on the territory of the Bogorodsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
Having made a march from Balashikha near Moscow to the Bogorodsky brigade of the Volga District of the Rosgvardiya, the doctors of the Rosgvardiya began a complex of classes and trainings in various conditions. Literally in a day, a real hospital has grown in an open field: 13 pneumatic-framed tent modules and 5 specialized machines.
The medical complex houses intensive care and intensive care units, reception and diagnostic, general surgical, general therapeutic departments, a laboratory, a pharmacy and a support unit. The complex is designed to provide qualified and specialized medical care to victims of man-made disasters and other emergency circumstances.
In the field, the medical complex is able to work from its own power sources for ten days. The complex is designed for 60 patients, and for 120 patients with limited medical care.
In the next module, military surgeons are ready to perform surgery for gunshot and other wounds. Immediately, wards and a canteen are prepared for patients who have already been treated. Here, comfort and sanitary requirements are provided for the full rehabilitation of the victims.
The special Purpose Medical detachment of the main Military Clinical Hospital of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation (MOSN) is a unique mobile unit designed to provide qualified and specialized medical care to the wounded and injured in man-made disasters and other emergency circumstances.
The large-scale exercise of the Rosgvardiya "Zaslon-2021" will last until July 30 and the MOSN will continue to take an active part in it. OSU "Zaslon-2021" is held in order to comprehensively prepare for the joint strategic exercise "West-2021", which will be held in September this year.
On June 24, 1995, on the basis of the Central Military Clinical Hospital of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, a special purpose medical detachment (MOSN) of the internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia was created and commissioned.
Currently, the special purpose medical detachment is a permanent readiness unit of the Main Military Clinical Hospital of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation and is designed to provide specialized medical assistance to victims of man-made disasters and other emergency circumstances in the area of deployment, at protected facilities, as well as medical support for troops in armed conflicts, measures to protect public order and public security.
