The pilots struck targets that imitated the underground command posts of the "enemy", as well as ground - based industrial facilities.
"The bombs were dropped at an altitude of two to eight thousand meters using satellite guidance," the press service of the Central Military District said.
The exercise involved five multifunctional Su-34 fighter-bombers, about a hundred military personnel of flight and engineering personnel, as well as flight control and support groups.
The Su-34, we recall, has high combat qualities: it is effective in the conditions of countering enemy air defense systems and the use of modern means of electronic warfare. It can hit targets regardless of the time of day and weather conditions.
