Modern sights "Kid" were received by the motorized rifle units of the Amur Combined Arms Association. This is reported by the press service of the Eastern Military District.
These products are among the night vision devices and they belong to the generation 2+. They have significant advantages over the samples that were used earlier.
Their feature is a modular scheme that allows the use of a wide range of small arms.
The design provides scales of lateral corrections, a rangefinder grid, alignment mechanisms, brightness adjustment and automatic protection against illumination.
The sight is mounted on a standard mount with a side bar, including the latest AK-12 Kalashnikov assault rifles.
The "kids" arrive in accordance with the plan for re-equipping motorized rifle units of the district. During 2021, it is also planned to arm other motorized rifle units of the Amur Combined Arms Association with them.
