The commander of the troops of the Southern Military District, General of the Army Alexander Dvornikov, reported on equipping the troops with modern samples of weapons and equipment.
"The security of the district with modern samples of weapons and military equipment is 70 percent, more than 150 units were delivered in June, which was 10 percent. from the annual plan, " said Army General A. Dvornikov.
In the first month of summer, more than 100 units of armored weapons and about 50 units of equipment for the armed forces and services were delivered to the district's troops under the state defense order.
The commander of the Southern Military District troops stressed that by the end of the year, the share of modern types of weapons and equipment in the district's troops will be 71 percent, the press service of the Southern Military District reports.
