The publication by the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) on Twitter of an image with a soaring chess knight may indicate the creation of a new aircraft by Russia, which will be shown at the International Aviation and Space Salon 2021 (MAKS-21), explains The Drive.

"The UAC may hint that it is going to reveal some previously unidentified flying object, manned or unmanned, although a spacecraft is also possible," the American publication admits.
The Drive reminds that the UAC has created, in particular, Su family fighters, for example, the Su-57, and the Tu-160 strategic bomber-missile carrier. The publication admits that Russia will present a new UAV or, more likely, a single-engine fighter at MAKS-21.
In July, Rostec announced that the UAC will present a fundamentally new Russian military aircraft at MAKS-21 on the first day of its operation.
In June, Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov said that Russia will create a two-seat version of the fifth-generation Su-57 fighter for sale abroad.
