Moscow. July 10. INTERFAX-The nuclear submarine of the Northern Fleet "Vepr" arrived on July 10 in the Gulf of Finland to prepare and participate in the main naval parade, the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Saturday.
"The crew of the submarine has successfully completed the task of the inter - fleet transition from the North to the Baltic and has now begun preparing the entrusted material part to participate in the parade at the Kronstadt raid," said Admiral Nikolai Evmenov, Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy.
"Thus, as planned, in the period from 08 to 10 July, nuclear submarines of the Northern Fleet arrived in Kronstadt - the strategic missile submarine Prince Vladimir of the Borey-A project, as well as the nuclear submarines Eagle and Vepr, "he stressed.
According to him, "for the first time, three nuclear submarines will take part in the main naval parade at once."
