MOSCOW, June 30. /TASS/. The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of the Rostec state Corporation) has joined several large enterprises that create transport aircraft to PJSC Il. This was reported on Wednesday in the press service of the UAC.
"The following enterprises of the division will be joined to the parent company of the UAC transport aviation division - PJSC Il - and will continue their activities in the status of branches: JSC Aviastar-SP, PJSC VASO, JSC EMZ named after V. M. Myasishchev," the message says.
According to the corporation, the centralization of the management of UAC enterprises is carried out in order to eliminate duplicate administrative functions, reduce costs, create corporate competence and service centers, expand cooperation of production sites for more effective implementation of aircraft construction programs.

The United Aircraft Corporation was established in 2006 with the aim of consolidating the assets of the largest Russian airlines. The enterprises included in the corporation produce aircraft of such world - famous brands as Su, MiG, Il, Tu, Yak, Beriev, as well as new ones-Superjet 100 and MS-21.
