A planned exercise of a detachment to combat sabotage forces and means of the Baltic Fleet was held in the Kaliningrad Region.
According to the information support department of the press service of the Baltic Fleet, according to the legend of the exercises, a signal was received that in Baltiysk, where the main base of the fleet is located, a conditional enemy is preparing to use two underwater sabotage groups.
On alert, the unit of the detachment moved to the designated area to monitor the water surface and the underwater environment. The first group of" enemy " saboteurs was found under water with the help of technical means and neutralized them from manual anti-sabotage grenade launchers.
The second detachment was conditionally destroyed by combat swimmers of the Baltic Fleet with the use of underwater small arms, and then they checked whether the "guests" had time to install mine-explosive devices in the area.
An episode was played in the inner harbor of Baltiysk, during which conditional militants on a high-speed boat tried to attack ships and vessels located in their bases. The servicemen of the anti-sabotage detachment repelled the attack, the "enemy" saboteurs were intercepted by the anti-terror group and destroyed.
