Moscow. June 18. INTERFAX-AVN-A detachment of ships will soon make the transition from the Baltic to Kronstadt to participate in the naval salon, the Baltic Fleet said on Friday.
According to the press service of the fleet, the small amphibious landing ship "Yevgeny Kocheshkov" has already arrived in Kronstadt.
"In addition to the MDKVP "Evgeny Kocheshkov", about 10 ships, vessels and boats of various classes will take part in the X International Naval Salon (MBMC-2021), which will be held in St. Petersburg from June 23 to 27," Baltflot informs.
According to the report, the exposition of the naval salon will include the corvette "Savvy", the base minesweeper "Alexander Obukhov", the small missile ships "Green Dol" and "Odintsovo", the landing boat "Midshipman Lermontov", the diesel-electric submarine "Saint Petersburg" of project 677.
"After the completion of the naval salon, the Baltic Fleet Command will plan the inter-base transfer of the ships participating in the maritime forum to their permanent bases," the press release says.
Earlier it was reported that diesel submarines of two projects - 636.3 "Varshavyanka" and 677 "Lada" will take part in the naval salon for the first time.
