The strategic submarine missile carrier "Prince Oleg" returned to Severodvinsk after the first trip to the sea. This was reported to TASS by a source in the military-industrial complex, but Sevmash did not comment on this information.
Recall that the nuclear submarine went to sea on May 30 to fulfill the program of factory sea trials.
Earlier it was reported that the "Prince Oleg" will be transferred to the Russian Navy by the end of 2021. Most likely, this will happen in the fall or early winter, since the boat will have to complete factory and pass state tests - including firing a Bulava ballistic missile at the Kura test site in Kamchatka. The ship was built according to the modernized project "Borey-A".
