The Black Sea Fleet has received the newest small sea tanker "Vice-Admiral Ferries". The St. Andrew's flag was raised on it. The lead vessel of the project 03182 is capable of solving the tasks of supplying ships and vessels, as well as performing rescue functions.
This was told by the captain of the tanker Faik Kafisov, writes the newspaper "Red Star". He noted that the tanker is a multifunctional vessel, has a high level of automation, which reduces the number of crew members. For example, all actions at the control point of loading and unloading operations can be performed by one person.
The tanker is equipped with a helipad, which can land rotorcraft of the Ka-27 class and drones.
According to the captain, when designing the ship, great attention was paid to ensuring comfortable conditions for the crew. The tanker has comfortable single and double cabins, a gym with exercise equipment and even a sauna.
"Vice-Admiral of Ferries" is the lead vessel of project 03182. Developed in the Zelenodolsk design Bureau, built at the Nizhny Novgorod enterprise "Volga". The tanker is designed for the transportation of liquid, dry and discharge cargo. It is 75 meters long and 15.4 meters wide. Displacement - 3,5 thousand tons. Able to take on board up to 1560 tons of cargo. The cruising range is 1.5 thousand nautical miles, the autonomy is 30 days, the crew is 33 people. Equipped with a 12-ton crane manipulator. The tanker has an ice class of Arc-4, so it can float with an ice thickness of up to one meter.
