ST. PETERSBURG, June 4. /TASS/. The head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, did not rule out that private capital will come to the state corporation's enterprises in 2021.
"I do not rule out that this year we will witness the fact that private capital will go to the enterprises of Roscosmos," Rogozin told reporters on Friday at SPIEF 2021.
According to him, this is necessary in conditions of limited budget allocations for the development of the space industry. "The direction for investors is extremely interesting - the commercialization of space services and the production of spacecraft," he said.
In particular, we are talking about the creation of operator companies for the distribution of broadband Internet, geoanalytics. "The second direction is the joint production of spacecraft, the third is the production of chemical power sources, the production of solar panels and much more," the head of Roscosmos said.
