The servicemen of the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine were left without an underground training complex with engineering communications. It was flooded, so the complex is not suitable for its intended use.
Underground engineering communications were used for practical training of tactics of actions, shooting and special training of MTR fighters in conditions of limited space. And the reason for the flooding was the failure of the contractor to comply with construction and technical standards, norms and rules.
As noted in the press service The Security Services of Ukraine, at the end of 2018, the military signed a contract with the Zhytomyr construction company for the construction of this object. The amount is UAH 5.5 million. However, the contractor did not follow the rules. He acted in collusion with a private engineer for the technical supervision of construction. who signed the necessary acts without checks.
As a result, according to experts, the military structure is actually lost, it can not be used. A criminal case has been opened.
