MOSCOW, May 27. /TASS/. The Glonass-M spacecraft No. 732 (23rd point) was transferred from maintenance to the main part of the orbital group. This is stated on the website of the Information and Analytical Center for Coordinate-time and Navigation Support.
"It is used according to the TSN [target purpose]," the report says.
This satellite was launched on March 2, 2010 and put into the system on March 28, 2010, and put into service on May 25. The last time the satellite was taken out for maintenance was in December last year.
Currently, there are 27 satellites in the GLONASS orbital constellation, 23 of them are used for their intended purpose, one satellite is temporarily withdrawn from the orbital constellation for maintenance, another device is in the orbital reserve, and two satellites are undergoing flight tests. To cover the entire globe, 24 working Glonass devices are required.
