MOSCOW, May 20. /TASS/. In 2021, the military authorities of the Russian Federation will receive new high-tech field kitchens AMPP-150, equipped with an electronic control panel and capable of feeding 50 military personnel at a time. This was announced by the head of the Department of Resource Support of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Sergei Nikhelman, in an interview with the newspaper "Independent Military Review".
"The ingredients of any dish are simply thrown into the cauldron-and that's it. Then the desired dish is selected in the menu, and its automatic preparation begins in the same way as in the most modern household kitchen appliances, " said Nichelman.
The complex is built on four-axle high-cross-country chassis manufactured by Kamaz. The field kitchen is self-contained and can be used at temperatures from minus 45 to plus 50 degrees and air humidity up to 98%. Mobile food points consist of a kitchen-warehouse KS-150 and a dining room SA-50. Now the complex is completing tests on the concept of organizing field nutrition according to new principles.
"The KS-150 is equipped with a roasting oven, refrigerators and a combi oven, which significantly increase the possible range of prepared dishes," the colonel stressed.
"The CA-50 canteen is no different from a stationary canteen. We also provided ventilation and air conditioning systems, " he said, noting that inside the folding kung there are tables, chairs, and an automatic dishwasher.
