In 2021, the second batch of the latest Mi-28NM Night Hunter attack helicopters will be delivered to the Aerospace Forces.
- At the end of last year, as part of the previously signed contract, the Ministry of Defense received the first batch of two production vehicles. This year, deliveries will continue, several more Mi-28NM, from four to six cars, will be transferred to the troops, " a source in the aircraft industry told RIA Novosti. He also noted that the work on the helicopter is on schedule.
Mi-28NM-the latest modification of the all-day attack helicopter "Night Hunter". The most noticeable difference from the basic version is the spherical antenna of the all-round radar above the main rotor. The arsenal of the machine includes the latest missiles - for example, the "product 305" with a multispectral homing head operating in the "shot-forget" mode, and a range of 25 km.
The production Mi-28NM will be used for the first time in the flight program of the MAKS-2021 air show in July.
